We hope you won't need this but if you do, below is how to return your items to us.
To process your return of your chef uniform, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt, after which you will have a subsequent 14 days to return the goods to us. Notification must be made by emailing email@example.com by submitting a copy of this form which will also need to be included with the return package.
Goods must be in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition with any tags still in tact. Items must be packaged appropriately for delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods and return delivery costs will only be refunded on faulty items. We strongly recommend that you return goods using a recorded delivery service and obtain a proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. Please be aware that any item that is embroidered or are bespoke cannot be accepted for refund or exchange unless items are faulty.
