Yes! We offer embroidery services on most of our items, including some of our Nordways footwear ranges. We will need a copy of your logo and any text you want to include, and we will provide you with a quote. Please complete our online form or email us at info@chefswardrobe.co.uk.

How do I know which size to order?

Accepted Answer

There isn't a set standard for sizing, as each manufacturer has its own idea of what a size should be. We recommend using a tape measure before placing an order and checking each brand's size guide. If you need any help, please get in touch, and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I send an item back?

Accepted Answer

We really hope you don't want to send things back to us, but we know that sometimes you need to. To process your return, please fill out our online form in the Returns section of our website or email us with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Once confirmed, send your item(s) in saleable condition and in the original packaging with tags to: FAO: Returns Department, Chefs Wardrobe Ltd, 5 Burntwick Drive, Lower Halstow, Kent ME9 7DX

Unless the item is faulty, we won't be able to refund your postage for the return journey. We recommend using a signed-for service as we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit.
