To process your return, please fill out our online form in the Returns section of our website or email us with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Once confirmed, send your item(s) in saleable condition and in the original packaging with tags to: FAO: Returns Department, Chefs Wardrobe Ltd, 20 Hunstanton Close, Rainham, Kent ME8 8RL. Unless the item is faulty, we won't be able to refund your postage for the return journey. We recommend using a signed-for service as we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit. Yes! We offer embroidery services on most of our items, including some of our Nordways footwear ranges. We will need a copy of your logo and any text you want to include, and we will provide you with a quote. Please complete our online form or email us at info@chefswardrobe.co.uk.

We understand that everyone comes in different shapes and sizes, and sometimes getting the right size can be tricky. While we can't offer tailoring, we can special order sizes outside of the standard range. Please contact us to discuss your needs, and we will be happy to help.
